Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship to to a wide range of Countries, you can check this in the shipping tab in your Cart.
How do I know what Ingredients are in your products?
The Ingredients for each product are listed on that products page as well as on the label of the physical product.
If you have any additional questions please contact our customer service team.
What are you doing to help the environment?
The shipping bags and boxes we use are both biodegradable.
We have designed our packaging with the environment in mind - even the packaging fill is all natural.
Our shipping bags are not even plastic, they are made from CORN!
Where is my order confirmation?
Sometimes your order confirmation can end up in your email's Junk/Spam folder. If you are unable to find your confirmation, please email our friendly customer service team at support@bayskincare.com.au
